I always would come here but last year because I was only doing Part D RX drug plan, I was made to feel I could basically do this myself by going to medicare.gov. next year. The prices offered were great.but I will be shopping elsewhere. Other than that, in the past, I felt good about seeking out this agency for help.

Cindy Dedini is the absolute best agent there is. I have had numerous issues with my Covered California policy and every time she has been the one that is able to get it resolved within less than an hour. Her response time is phenomenal. She doesn’t leave you hanging even if she’s out of town on a family vacation. She was still there to give me direction I needed to try and get the ball rolling until she was available. I honestly cannot thank her enough for how many times she has gotten me out of really crappy situations where I was without coverage for my medications and or medical procedures.

Cindy has helped me and my husband for many years with health insurance. She is caring and very knowledgeable. She does not try to steer you towards a particular plan, but has you look at the many options that are available to you. Her staff are like her, in that they really do care about your best interests. Responses to questions over the phone are answered swiftly and considerately. I would not deal with any other company.
