Cody is obviously experienced and so knowledgeable about Medicare. We are so lucky to have met him. Medicare is pretty confusing with so many different plans and options. I had the wonderful pleasure of speaking with Cody on November 14, 2025. Very very, nice representative. He explained everything to my satisfaction and I was pleased with the healthcare package I selected. I wished the previous reps I've had was as nice and concerned about what I want. My husband and I were clueless and overwhelmed when the time came for us to choose a Medicare plan and supplement. We felt relieved the first time we spoke with Cody. He calmly and patiently explained all options, and when I asked him to explain things like I was his Mom, he did. Also, he replied to all phone calls and emails quickly (within 24 hours). Truly a breath of fresh air. Call him!
