I used Insurance Advisors to set up health insurance after moving from Texas to Tennessee. The enrollment call took under 15 minutes and I was told everything was all set. I paid and then forgot about it. About a month later I tried to log in to BlueCross BlueShield to get my ID cards and discovered the coverage had been voided. I called the Marketplace and was told the policy was voided due to a fraudulent enrollment. I immediately tried to reach Insurance Advisors for help: no answer. I also called the agent I worked with: “out all day.” This has been incredibly stressful because health coverage isn’t something you can afford to have mishandled. I’m sharing this so others are cautious and get everything in writing and verified before assuming they’re covered.

I was working on a HELOC for a mutual client, and our underwriters were being extremely difficult in needing additional information when verifying my client's Homeowner's insurance.
