This depends on the sort of policy that you're looking for: For Medicare, we will have an initial discussion, and you will receive an intake form to complete and sign. For home and auto, you will have to complete a basic quote form and submit with it a copy of your driver's license (and anyone else's driver's license that will be insured on the policy), a copy of your current or most recent declarations page, and, specifically for homeowners -- documented proof of all upgrades to the roof, electric, and plumbing within the past 20 years. For life insurance, we will have an initial discussion and I will complete an intake form on your behalf. For voluntary, group, or commercial benefits, we will have an initial discussion to see what is best for the coverage you are looking for.
