Jim Pashalidis

Jim Pashalidis is a Rochester native. His experience includes restaurant management, elementary education, part-time NY State Education Committee work, and insurance. As a Greek-American, there is no surprise that he grew up in the family restaurant business. Upon graduating from St. John Fisher College, he became an elementary teacher in the Rochester City School District. After a 20-year career in education, Jim found the world of Medicare through a friend. He obtained his NY State Insurance License in 2020 and joined M-Power Agency LLC in 2023.

Jim’s introduction to Medicare came through his own need for consultation when trying to oversee his own parents’ Medicare coverage needs. It was through that process that he decided to change career paths and become an insurance broker who specialized in Medicare.

Known as “The Teacher”, Jim specifically enjoys providing educational opportunities to community organizations and individual members. He is passionate about providing clear, in-depth tutorials for others so they can feel confident about the decisions they must make for their healthcare.

Jim enjoys several extracurricular activities, including exercise, refereeing collegiate soccer, and watching sports on television or in person. He is most proud of being a husband, father, and son.
