Justin has expert knowledge in Medicare, dental and vision plans. Justin assisted both my husband (a few years ago) and myself recently. We could not be happier with how our plans have covered multiple serious medical issues. He’s very professional and patiently works with you to understand your needs and provides guidance to assist you in making a good decision. He fully explains answers to your all your questions and he’s prompt to any follow up questions you have even after you’ve made a decision. I highly recommend Justin. Justin has been assisting me with my Medicare decisions for several years. He is extremely knowledgeable and takes the time to explain any questions. When I was quickly aging toward Medicare, I was inundated with mail and emails. I happened to hear Justin's radio show one Saturday 6 months prior to turning 65, called and left a message to his number. Justin called me back the same day, we talked several times over the next 6 months, and every time Justin patiently answered all my questions. Together we customized a plan for me, even though not the one that would not generate Justin the most commissions. Justin and team are responsive, patient and return every phone call or email timely. I could not be happier I was listening to the radio that day I first reached out. I was able to make an informed choice and am satisfied I have the best plan that also makes the most sense for me at this time in my life. The Medicare Help Desk is the help I needed to wade through the complexities of Medicare. Highly recommend.
