Great customer service! Detailed and informative. I went in 5 minutes before closing and from across the room Isabel Garza waived me down and said I'll take care of you. Without feeling rushed, she answered all my questions and was able to get me insurance the very next day. Thank you Isabel! Your the best 😆

I've been a State Farm Customer since 2014. They've always been great and I a huge on Loyalty so when I moved back from South Dakota I kept them as my insurers. I just want to let it be known, that when I found Phil Goodge and Isabel over here at the Palm Springs Address, EVERYTHING CHANGED. They are some of the most honest, caring and amazing people I've met! They help me with everything, from questions to policy changes and everything in between! They also reach out to me to let me know when something changes that could benefit little old me! Simply Amazing. If I could give 10 stars, I definitely would. Thank you to Isabel, Mr Goodge and everyone over there at that State Farm office. I couldn't be happier with them.

The efforts and support this State Farm branch has provided over the years are truly immense. Isabel has consistently helped my family and me. She is always kind and considerate, guiding us with her best efforts. She explains the policies, updates, and what we need to understand very thoroughly.
